Worker Requirements

  1. Clear conversion and call to ministry.
  2. Demonstrated spiritual maturity and service.
  3. A.B.A. degree (minimum) and two years of professional experience.
  4. Cross-cultural training and/or experience.
  5. Physical and mental health.
  6. Two-year contract (minimum); four-year contract preferred.
