Thank You
A big THANK YOU to all who prayed for and gave to CAMA in response to the March newsletter. God answered prayer as we experienced a 9% increase in giving for the fiscal year which ended on June 30. Though our annual expenses exceeded income due to the deployment of new staff (15 couples and three singles) over the past few years, we finished the year with sufficient reserves to handle cash flow needs as we start the new fiscal year. We have adjusted our budget to conform to financial realities and are grateful to C&MA Canada for funding 5 of our staff who are Canadian citizens. Thank you for your continued prayer and giving!

CAMA Growing Pains
Perhaps you remember the pains associated with growth spurts during your adolescence. You were getting taller, which was great, but your joints and muscles were hurting as your body adjusted to the growth. We find ourselves in a similar situation with CAMA. We are growing as evidenced by the appointment of fifteen couples and three singles over the past eighteen months to provide vital care for both physical and spiritual needs in tough places. While we rejoice that God has provided quality people to serve with us and has also provided more than $650,000 for the CAMA Advance Fund in the first six months of our fiscal year (July-December), we are still more than $300,000 behind budget to care for our new staff. Thank you for your generous giving to date. As the Lord provides, we invite you to consider assisting the CAMA Advance fund again as we grow to meet the needs of a hurting world.
Investment Opportunity!
As you receive your economic incentive check from the US government, consider investing a portion of this unexpected income with CAMA Services. We have new staff serving in North Africa, Mali, Guinea, the Republic of Congo, Indonesia, Thailand, Kosovo and Guinea who need your support to serve a hurting world. For example, we are seeing 80 patients a day at Hope Clinic in Guinea, West Africa, receive compassionate care and hear the Good News. Ten patients decided to follow Christ after the recent visit of a surgery team. Thank you for your help!
